HGML has joined the bandwagon of the leading gold producing companies in the world by becoming 40th member of the World Gold Council on 01st January 2002.
HGML is also the first Indian company to become a member of the Council.
This will facilitate HGML for its contribution towards achieving the council's prime objective of promoting both private and institutional ownership of gold and gold products.
